We’re looking for someone to join our team who understands that working at a small hotel requires generalists, not specialists. A love for customer service and hospitality is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The day-to-day duties of running the Inn may include but are not limited to: answering and handling phone calls, guest relations, reservations, check-in/check-out guests, helping guests with luggage, resolving any possible issues, prepping for breakfast and afternoon refreshments and clean-up, helping housekeepers when needed.
